How can I get the Screenshot Contest Sweater?

This item has been awarded in the past to players whose screenshots were selected for use on the loading screen. It might become available again in the future when/if another screenshot contest is run. Another contest would most likely be run after major visual changes. For example, at the time of writing (2023-05-22) the trees and water are strong candidates for replacement.
