These items are a special thank you to players who have supported the game for a very long time. They are automatically unlocked after a certain amount of playtime:
- Experienced Beret: 2,400 hours
- Double Experienced Beret: 5,000 hours
- Triple Experienced Beret: 10,000 hours

Behind the scenes
Originally the Experienced Beret was secretly added because I wanted to have something to give as a token of my appreciation to players who had sent kind emails mentioning their long support / playtime in Unturned. Lo and behold I was quite surprised to find how many players had 2,400+ hours after word quickly spread! Fortunately for my inbox: around the same time Steam added support for "promo" items based on playtime, which was convenient for players who just wanted the item to be able to get it automatically.
