How to refund a purchase

You can refund purchases from your Steam purchase history here:

1. Open Steam
2. Click your account name in the upper-right
3. Click Account details in the dropdown
4. Click View purchase history
5. Click on your Unturned item purchase
6. Select I'd like to request a refund

A short summary at the time of writing (2023 January 3rd) is:

• Steam will allow the Gold Upgrade to be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if Unturned has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased.
• Steam will offer refunds for items within fourty-eight hours of purchase, so long as it has not been consumed, modified, or transferred.
