How can I get the purple (debugger's) beret?

Unfortunately the Debugger's Beret (purple) has not been given out anymore for the past several years. It became a problematic incentive encouraging players to look for issues rather than playing the game, resulting in many duplicate reports. Nowadays, if we know one or two players explicitly reported a bug, we'll include a thank you note crediting them in the changelog. This approach has worked well as a more balanced incentive for helping fix the game.
